    September 3, 2012

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) has awarded a grant to Vladimir Choque-Flores, lecturer at the IFP School Center for Exploration and Production.

With this financial support, Vladimir Choque-Flores will attend the SPE conference on "Well Testing—the Key to Active Reservoir Management", which will take place on December 9-12 2012 in Bali, Indonesia.

Through its "Faculty Enhancement Travel Grant" program, the SPE provides twice per year grants to support the attendance of university faculty at its conferences, workshops and forums.

Vladimir Choque-Flores graduated as a mechanical engineer from "Universidad Mayor de San Andrés" (La Paz-Bolivia). He also holds a double graduate degree from IFP School and Texas A&M University with a specialty in Reservoir Geosciences and Engineering (RGE). He joined IFP School in June 2011 as a reservoir engineering lecturer.
