IFP School will be represented in the 4L Trophy

    February 16, 2012

Two IFP School students will participate in the 15th edition of the 4L Trophy from the 16th to the 26th of February 2012.

Morgane Gazeau of the Energy and Powertrains program and Clément Leroux of the Powertrain Engineering program will leave on board of their Renault 4L respectively from the Futuroscope Park and from Saint Jean de Luz.

Equipped with only a compass, a road book and a map, they will try to cross the six thousand kilometers of the Moroccan desert. Their adventure is sporty but also humanitarian, as they aim to deliver school supplies to the neediest children of the dunes of Merzouga.

The legendary 4L Trophy is an adventure race based on various tests of crossing and orientation. A ranking is performed every night. The crew who wins the day's stage is the one who has crossed the difficult parts with greater ease and which carries out the fewer miles while having validated all the passage controls. Speed, however, is completely excluded on the race and the rules of the road must be respected.

The IFP School team wishes them good luck!
