    June 27th, 2017: International Conference on the Economics of Natural Gas

    The first International Conference on the Economics of Natural Gas "New Research Perspectives for a Rapidly-Changing World" will be held at the Ecole des Mines on June 27th (9 am-6 pm, Amphi L108).


    During this academic conference, recent economic research on infrastructure, gas supply and technological innovations (cf program) will be present by a series of leading academic experts including: Prof. S. Gabriel (University of Maryland), Dr. S. Ikonnikova (University of Texas ), Prof. C. Mason (University of Wyoming), Prof. A. Neumann (University of Potsdam) and Prof. M. Polo (Bocconi University).


    This academic event is co-organized by Professors François Lévêque (Mines ParisTech), Anna Creti (Paris-Dauphine University) and Olivier Massol (IFP School) who are also running the Chair on the Economics of Natural Gas. This Chair was created in 2016 as a joint project sponsored by IFP School, Mines-ParisTech, the Toulouse School of Economics and the University of Paris-Dauphine and is sponsored by EDF, GRTGaz and TOTAL.
