IFP School took part in the PSA Peugeot Citroën "Science Day"

    November 25, 2013

Pierre Duret, Director of the Center for IC Engines and Hydrocarbon Utilizations at IFP School and Anne Jaecker, holder of the "Bio-fuels" chair, took part in PSA Peugeot Citroën's "Science Day" on 15 November 2013 at the group's R&D Center in Vélizy.

This day was organized to mark the third anniversary of the car manufacturer's scientific network StelLab (Science Technologies Exploratory Lean Laboratory).

On this occasion, Pierre Duret and Anne Jaecker presented the work being carried out within the framework of the "Bio-fuels" chair, which is the result of a partnership between PSA Peugeot Citroën, the Tuck foundation and IFP School.

This chair, created in 2012, which combines both research and educational activities, focuses on the new pathways of bio-fuels from the energy, environment and economic perspectives and on their utilization in engines. It addresses one of the StelLab network's three main subject areas: clean energy.
